Quoted prices are per week. This price is for up to 6 people, electricity etc is included. For shorter breaks please contact us for availability. A £50 deposit is all that is needed now to hold the week for you. You may pay by cheque or via paypal on request.

Booking
Provisional booking may be made by telephone, email Once we have contacted you a deposit is required within 7 days. For all bookings a deposit of £50 per week is required and until this deposit is recieved any reservations made is provisional and may be varied or cancelled without notice. Upon payment of the deposit the hirer becomes liable for the balance of the payment. The balance of the rental is required at least 3 weeks prior to the rental date. No reminder is normally issued. We reserve the right to re-let the property if no payment is received within this time frame.

Cancellation
In the case of cancellation we will return the rental payment in full, less your deposit. If we are able to re-let the bungalow on your behalf, we will return your rental payment in full (including deposit), less an administration charge of £15.
